BajoCero featuring Tati Cecchi, vocals and guitar, drummer Ramiro Cairo, bassist Juan Manuel Saldías and Santiago Seghezzo, guitar, was formed in Buenos Aires in 1997. Under the influence of all kind of worldwide rock music, they presented themselves with their own songs, searching for new sounds. By that time they recorded their first demo Tanta Lluvia, which began to sound on radios in Uruguay and Argentina. Next experience was in July 2002, when they recorded independently the song `Amanecer´, which brought them their first prize: they were awarded with the first place in the Bombardeo contest of the demo Rock and Pop with the song Fugitiva, spreading in different media press. Supported by ByM the band began the incredible experience of performing in different important pubs and bars of Buenos Aires such as the Hard Rock Café, The Roxy, La Trastienda, Teatro de la Cova, and started touring the country. After a break, the band changed its name and some members, turning into GradoCero still with Tati Cecchi in vocals and guitar and Ramiro Cairo on drums, incorporating Adrián Clar as first guitar and Joky Traverso as bassist. They performed at the Andes Rock Festival, San Martin de los Andes, Neuquen, Argentina in February 2005. They were again summoned to perform there in September and they presented their new material. Running November 2005 they were getting ready for their second album. With the important collaboration of Álvaro Villagra, as sound engineer, they worked at the recording studios Del Abasto al Pasto. The new productions counts eleven tracks combining different rhythms and sounds of guitars like in Voy a estallar, and soft melodies like that of Fantasmas en la ciudad. In this kind of mix they are getting together the new sound of GradoCero. Also they have planned a new show in Los Andes Rock, for February 2nd and more concerts along the country.
