 “Lo que le gustó al mundo fue el reggaetón que estamos haciendo nosotros; no fue el ‘vamos a hacer el amor porque te amo’; la esencia son los temas como Dale, Don, Dale, Gasolina y reggaetón latino, entre otros”, sostiene Alexis.
Precisamente, es la fórmula callejera la que el dúo proyecta en su nuevo proyecto musical Sobrenatural, del que se escucha el primer corte 5 letras.
Con el doble sentido y picardía que les caracteriza, Alexis y Fido quisieron grabar 5 letras, inspirados en el ambiente de los moteles: “Éste es el disco que más cariño le hemos dado; el reggaetón depende de artistas como Alexis y Fido, que es el perreo”, afirmó Alexis.
Ante la evolución musical del género, Alexis aseguró: “No estamos de acuerdo con los cantantes baladistas que están haciendo reggaetón, porque eso confunde a la gente”.
“Hacer hip hop es imitar a los americanos; si fusionan bachata y otros ritmos es otra cosa; la gente lo que quiere escuchar es reggaetón; en una discoteca de hip hop lo que quiere la gente es reggaetón”, expresaron finalmente, dejando en claro su posición al respecto.
